We are seeking an experienced and driven construction project manager to lead multiple projects from design through to post-construction handover. You'll be managing a skilled team, subcontractors, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.

  • Lead the planning, scoping, and execution of construction projects, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
  • Oversee all project phases from design to completion, managing milestones, deliverables, and reporting to senior management.
  • Monitor budgets, control costs, and report variances to stakeholders.
  • Maintain quality assurance through regular site inspections and adherence to industry QA standards.
  • Manage subcontractor performance, compliance, and documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S requirements, PPE use, and site safety protocols.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular updates, progress reporting, and monthly meetings.
  • Lead, mentor, and hold project teams accountable for high performance.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all projects.
Requirements

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Construction Project Manager with a strong track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and organisational skills.
  • Familiarity with quality, health, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and project management software.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or significant industry experience.
