Senior Construction Manager

The role of a Senior Construction Manager is pivotal in ensuring the successful delivery of construction projects. As a senior supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting the project manager on a daily basis, conducting site inductions and managing Health and Safety protocols, conducting Quality Assurance checks across the site, and performing general labor tasks when required.
Main Responsibilities:- Assist the project manager with day-to-day operations
- Conduct site inductions and manage Occupational Health and Safety
- Conduct Quality Assurance checks across the site
- Perform general labor tasks and assist tradespeople as needed
About You:
- A qualified tradesperson with experience in residential construction (essential)
- Ability to liaise with subcontractors, set up trades, and ensure the site is clean and organized
- Willingness to perform hands-on labor tasks when required
- Attention to detail and passion for career growth into senior management roles
