Job Description

The Manager, Injury Management plays a pivotal role in the Health, Safety and Wellbeing group. This individual partners with other business areas to build a capable and resilient workforce.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide strategic leadership and direction to a statewide team to deliver effective injury management services.
  • Oversee the provision of specialized injury management services, utilizing a biopsychosocial approach.
  • Plan, formulate, implement, and monitor injury management systems and standards compliant with relevant legislation, policy, and procedures.
  • Offer credible advice to senior leaders on injury management to support complex case management.
  • Contribute to strategic planning relating to injury management, risk reduction, and fitness for work solutions.
  • Design and deliver integrated programs, services, and solutions that meet organizational requirements.
  • Liaise effectively with internal and external clients, stakeholders, and other parties to deliver high-quality services.
