Key Roles and Responsibilities

This is a key sales position that requires building and maintaining relationships with surf and watersport dealers across Australia.

  • Developing pre-order programs for all brands to ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Leading sales fulfillment and stock allocation processes.
  • Implementing product pricing strategies to maximize profits.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to drive repeat business.
  • Identifying opportunities for growth through market research and consumer analysis.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement brand marketing initiatives.
  • Assisting in managing social media channels to promote products and engage with customers.

Requirements

We are seeking an experienced sales professional with knowledge and passion for the watersports industry. Key requirements include:

  • Proven experience in sales and marketing roles.
  • Strong CRM, sales, and marketing administration skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems, preferably QuickBooks.
  • Self-motivated and proactive approach to sales and customer service.
  • Well-presented and able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
