Retail Store Manager Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to join our team. As a key member of our retail management team, you will be responsible for the overall profitable operation and management of our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the store, including staff supervision, customer service and sales growth.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, resulting in a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Drive sales results through effective merchandising, visual displays and stock management practices.
  • Manage and develop your team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge necessary to perform their roles effectively.

Requirements:

  • Proven retail management experience, with a strong track record of success in managing teams and driving sales growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, colleagues and suppliers.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • A passion for the surfing and board riding lifestyle, with a deep understanding of the products and services we offer.
