We are seeking energetic and enthusiastic individuals to join our surf guiding team.

As a valuable member of our team, you will be responsible for the facilitation of both individual and group surf sessions. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and share your passion for surfing with others.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the delivery of high-quality surf sessions that cater to diverse participant needs
  2. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the well-being and safety of all participants at all times

Requirements:

  • Current Working with Children Check and First Aid certificate or willingness to obtain
  • Green P or full car license
  • Own vehicle with comprehensive car insurance or willingness to obtain (at least 5 seats)
  • 5 years of surf experience, preferably including instructor accreditation
  • 1 year's experience working with children and a strong desire to be a positive role model/mentor
  • Ability to problem solve, use initiative, and work independently
  • Availability for minimum 2 afternoon shifts per week from 3pm, with flexibility to work day shifts and early mornings
