Our organization is seeking a skilled Field Support Specialist to play a key role in our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for integrating and commissioning drive-by-wire and autonomy hardware, deploying and testing autonomous vehicle software and dynamic controls, as well as performing test execution for new firmware, software, or hardware. Additionally, the successful candidate will be expected to develop test plans and schedules, deploy software on embedded Linux controllers, analyze failure analysis activities to identify root cause of customer reported issues, and provide product improvement suggestions.

Responsibilities
  • Integrate, debug, and commission drive-by-wire and autonomy hardware.
  • In-production facility and in-field, FIFO, deploying and testing of autonomous vehicle software and dynamic controls.
  • Perform test execution for new firmware, software, or hardware.
  • Deploy software on embedded Linux controllers.
  • Develop test plans and schedules.
  • Analyze, coordinate, and perform failure analysis activities to identify root cause of customer reported issues.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline or equivalent experience.
  • Basic hands-on vehicle electrical and hardware install experience.
  • Previous field-follow experience.
  • Ability to work FIFO.
