Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Servicing and repair of material handling equipment in a dedicated territory and customer base
  • Utilize the latest field-based mobile technology to manage your daily work schedule
  • Manage inventory on Company allocated service van & customer sites
  • Gain experience working with Australia's top-tier customer base
  • Complete an initial 8-week training program
  • Perform routine maintenance & complete service work – reactive & planned
  • Maintain accurate service records of your work

You will be responsible for conducting customer-focused scheduled and breakdown services, assisting in preparing field-based quotes for customers, and providing high-level customer service and support. You will also have opportunities to access industry-leading training and development, including opportunities to train less experienced technicians.
