Job Overview:

The Team Leader position is a key role within the organization, responsible for leading a team of infrastructure maintenance professionals.

  • Team Leaders will oversee infrastructure repairs and maintenance

  • Conduct site risk assessments, monitor hazards, and report incidents or near misses
  • Lead, support, and guide team members to achieve operational goals efficiently and safely
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment that encourages open communication and mutual respect

Ideal candidates will possess excellent leadership skills, effective planning skills, and experience in water and sewerage operations. They must also be available for on-call commitments and hold a Construction Induction WHS card and MR license.
