The Role: Education Systems Lead
This role is responsible for overseeing the coordination and optimisation of our core digital platforms. The successful candidate will ensure our systems work efficiently together, support staff and student needs, and align with school improvement priorities.
The role includes system administration, documentation, training, and contributing to key projects — such as the rollout of platforms like Canvas LMS, Flexischools, Salesforce SIS, and others.
- Coordinate and Support Multiple School Platforms:
- Work alongside vendors to ensure smooth implementation and integration of digital tools
- Create user guides, SOPs, and training resources tailored to staff and family needs
- Identify system inefficiencies and lead improvements in workflow and user experience
- Provide data insights and operational reporting to inform school planning
- Deliver onboarding and ongoing support to admin and teaching teams
Achieving success in this role requires strong organisational and communication skills, a genuine interest in improving school operations, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external vendors.
Requirements:
- Demonstrated experience managing and supporting digital systems or platforms in an educational or organisational setting
- A valid Working with Children Check
- Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
- Willingness to contribute to a culture of continuous improvement
