We are seeking a skilled Finance Analyst to join our Workforce Planning team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting workforce requirements to ensure optimal staffing levels across our retail network. Your expertise will be essential in collaborating with various departments to create data-driven strategies that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data on labor metrics, including sales trends and historical staffing patterns.
  • Develop accurate labor forecasts aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with field teams to formulate staffing plans that support sales forecasts.
  • Identify opportunities for optimizing labor allocation and scheduling practices.
  • Conduct financial analyses to assess the impact of labor decisions on profitability.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to labor costs and productivity.
  • Contribute to long-term workforce planning strategies to support business growth.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management based on thorough data analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in workforce management.
  • Proactively seek improvements in processes and tools for workforce planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in workforce planning or labor analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
  • Ability to think strategically and derive actionable insights from data.
  • Familiarity with retail remuneration structures is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential; knowledge of statistical analysis software is a plus.
