As our Telecommunications Support Analyst for a fast-paced Global Retail Organization, you'll be at the forefront of Telecommunication Deployment Projects, Service Delivery, and Migrations across the Asia Pacific region. Get ready for an exhilarating journey filled with challenges, innovation, and constant learning Reporting to our Network Manager, you'll be the supporting our organization, ensuring seamless communication and connectivity from our Retail Store Network, Infrastructure teams, Support Office and our Global Service Team. Your communication skills will mount as you interact with stakeholders from all corners of the globe, whilst collaborating with a dynamic team of experts to deliver superior solutions that drive EssilorLuxottica.
**This is a 12 month contract position commencing early September**

**Requirements for Success**
- Contributing to the development/improvement of the organisation's telecommunications environment, including NBN, VoIP & Data strategies
- Full lifecycle incident & request management with ownership of issues from logging to resolution
- Providing L1, L2, L3+ technical support, troubleshooting and fault rectification of technical issues related to Data Link, Voice & Analogue equipment and services
- Act as the interface between our organisation and suppliers, carriers & vendors
- Analysing Voice & Data Link services and provide recommendations on performance improvements
- Providing weekly reports on issue status, closure, and escalations upon request

**Skills & Experience**
- 2-3 years Retail Environment Support Desk experience
- Experience with L2 & L3+ telecoms support experience
- Extensive Experience of SIP, ADSL, Ethernet, NBN and Mobile Technologies
- Extensive Experience in Troubleshooting Multiple Telecommunication Environments
- Service Desk Incident, Request & Change Management experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Operational knowledge of networking systems and software covering both Local Area Networks (LANs) and Wide Area Networks (WANs)
- Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills with high attention to detail.
