This role is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our fleet nationwide. The successful candidate will oversee daily activities, provide exceptional customer service, and meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to meeting and exceeding customer SLA and operational KPIs
  • Provide feedback to improve operational and financial performance
  • Coordinate daily activities of on-road employees
  • Attend to fleet-related queries, escalations, and issues nationally
  • Build strong relationships with customers and drivers to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to perform effectively under pressure. They will also be able to analyze and report data trends, optimize fleet operations, and understand technical and maintenance aspects of vehicles and equipment.
