Customer Service Representative Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, handling everyday banking inquiries.
  • Assist customers with account opening, lending, and banking transactions.
  • Demonstrate our digital banking options to customers, helping them make their banking simple, easy, and secure.

This is a part-time leave and relief role based in Oakleigh, but you will also be required to travel to nearby branches, including Malvern, Elsternwick, and Middle Brighton. You must hold a valid driver's licence and be flexible regarding working hours.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering an amazing experience to customers, with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. They will be able to work collaboratively as a team, demonstrating resilience, self-motivation, and energy to create our signature customer experience.

Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
