Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team.

About the Role:

This is a part-time role based in our Wangaratta Branch, requiring 5 days of work per week, Monday to Thursday from 9am to 4:30pm and Friday from 9am to 5:30pm.

  • This fixed-term contract will run for 6 months.

Your key responsibilities will include being the first point of contact for customers, assisting with account opening, unsecured lending, and banking transactions, ensuring a seamless and consistent customer experience.
