The Client Solutions Manager plays a vital role in supporting sales teams and providing exceptional customer service to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Nurture client relationships by fostering post-sale connections, ensuring continued growth and satisfaction among advertisers.
- Ensure seamless campaign execution through collaboration with internal teams for successful campaign rollouts.
- Enhance campaign performance by monitoring and analyzing ad campaigns, implementing improvements for better outcomes.
- Investigate and collaborate directly with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot client concerns during campaigns.
- Drive data-backed insights by analyzing campaign performance data to provide clients with data-driven business insights, leveraging these insights to enhance advertising offerings.
- Shape advertising strategy by relaying valuable marketplace feedback and contributing to refining our advertising strategy.
- Empower the sales team by collaborating on presale research and pitches, providing vital support to the sales team.
- Cultivate long-term client relationships by conducting regular business reviews, taking a consultative approach to forge enduring client connections in partnership with the sales team.
Requirements:
- 5 years of hands-on experience in account management and client services within digital marketing.
- Advanced performance advertisers management and profound understanding of their unique challenges.
- Excellent collaboration and team-oriented skills.
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve with a proactive stance and keen eye for escalation processes.
- Proficiency in analyzing data, uncovering insights, and utilizing them to evaluate and enhance campaign performance.
