About PHI International

We are seeking an experienced Employment Coordinator to join our West Perth team.

As a member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the APAC region, including employee onboarding, inductions, and exit processes.

You will maintain the HR database and personnel master lists to accurately reflect employee details.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working within Human Resources in a similar role.

This role will also suit someone who has worked in a medical or legal field in an administrative capacity.

Responsibilities of the role include:

  • Maintain the employee life cycle.
  • Maintain the HR database and personnel master lists.
  • Monitor and advise business leaders of employee milestones and contractual obligations.
  • Assist the HSEQ department with coordination of staff initiatives.
  • Support and contribute to key HR projects and initiatives.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience working within Human Resources in a similar role.
  • This role will also suit someone who has worked in a medical or legal field in an administrative capacity.
  • Certificate IV in Human Resources will be beneficial.
  • Demonstrated high level of customer service experience.

  • Sound understanding of the employee lifecycle.
  • Intermediate/Advanced MS Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Commitment to customer service and delivery.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Motivated team player.
