Aged Care Management Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual to fill the position of Aged Care Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To lead, manage, direct, and support the care team in delivering high-quality care that is safe, evidence-based, and meets the needs of our consumers.
  • To develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external partners, including healthcare teams, families, and caregivers.
  • To ensure that all care is provided in accordance with policies, protocols, and legislative requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in aged care management or a related field.
  • AHPRA registration with no restrictions.
  • Post-graduate qualification in aged care or a related field (preferably).
  • Demonstrated experience in meeting accreditation requirements and managing risk in residential aged care.
  • Ability to prioritize, set goals, and meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of care.
  • Demonstrated leadership and people management skills.
  • Flu vaccine and COVID-19 vaccine (two doses) required.
  • Driver's license and working with children's check.
