About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Site Operations Manager to oversee daily site operations and ensure they are carried out safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing staff, optimizing receival and shipping operations, and coordinating the movement of commodities through the terminal.

About Your Experience
Candidates will have prior management experience with an understanding of either port operations or experience in a supply chain environment. Key skills and qualifications include:
- Liaising with customers and understanding their requirements
- Understanding of road, rail and shipping
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Knowledge and experience in using Microsoft Office programs
- General knowledge and understanding of OH&S and Work Cover legislation
- Experience in operating machinery is highly beneficial
