About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Cricket Australia as an Executive Assistant, supporting our Senior Leadership Team. As a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant, you will provide high-level administrative support to our Chief Commercial Officer, Chief of Cricket, and Chief Financial Officer.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide confidential support to the Senior Leadership Team, including managing and prioritizing diaries, calendars, and scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
  2. Prepare and review reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of materials.
  3. Manage requests for information, act as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and handle correspondence and phone calls with professionalism.
  4. Perform general administrative tasks, including expense management, meeting attendance, and minute taking as required.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, reporting directly into Executive level.
  2. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external to Cricket Australia.
  3. High level of confidentiality, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a proactive attitude with problem-solving capabilities.
  4. Strong commercial mindset with the ability to look around corners.
  5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  6. Experience with Diligent Boardbooks is desirable but not essential.
