Courts Coordinator

The primary objective of a Courts Coordinator is to ensure the efficient and cost-effective management of cases within a legal environment.

This entails coordinating the preparation and publication of daily case breakups under the direction of senior judicial officers, as well as performing tasks related to hearing time allocation, defended matters, civil and criminal proceedings during court sessions.

In addition, the coordinator will be responsible for the movement of cases and judicial officers between various courts and providing exceptional customer service to members of the legal profession, the public, and other government departments.

Furthermore, the coordinator will respond to inquiries from judicial officers, the legal profession, and the public to support the effective operation of the judicial office.
