Design Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Design Lead to join our project team. This role will play a key part in supporting the Design Coordination Lead by managing design files, site surveys, and 3D models across integrated project packages.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain a fully integrated site-wide 3D model to support project planning and execution.
  • To conduct scoping, scenario planning, and data integrity checks to ensure accuracy and reliability of design inputs.
  • To coordinate with various design disciplines to ensure consistency and alignment across deliverables.
  • To manage and validate survey data and design inputs to support construction and implementation phases.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record as a 3D Modeller in infrastructure or construction projects.
  • Proficiency in Navisworks and 12D design software.
  • A strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Demonstrated experience in the mining or gold sector is highly desirable.
  • Australian Permanent or a valid Australian Working Visa is required.
