About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Strategy Director to join our team at Zenith USA, driving marketing-led growth and planning excellence across the APAC region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead ideation and brainstorming across the agency Vision, collaborating with the APAC Client lead to create a compelling vision and strategy.
  • Provide strategic direction within the ROI Growth Platform framework, Zenith's strategic planning process, and translate consumer understanding into actionable communication strategies.
  • Deliver innovative and proactive solutions in problem-solving, building strong working relationships with Client, Media, and Creative Partners & Internal Stakeholders.
  • Drive connection with cross-functional disciplines, e.g., data, research, and commerce Creativity, and deliver innovative and creative work that solves business problems with tangible impact.
  • Internal training and upskilling of teams in terms of planning excellence.
Requirements
  • 1-2 years' experience in a Strategy Director role in the media agency landscape.
  • A proven track record in persuading people to view rigorous storytelling that leverages client data to support direction for the bigger picture of best practice.
  • Proven baseline of understanding and ability to utilize Planning Tools, including CX suite and client data hubs.
  • Utilize traditional and new tools effectively to supplement research.
  • Create robust, tightly argued, seamless communications proposals from brief to proposed executions.
  • Use insights to generate inspiring connections platforms and media executions.
  • Extract genuine, but relevant insights from multiple, complex data sources and articulate that insight in a provocative, engaging way.
  • Ability to leverage performance results as part of building the case for marketing & communications best practice.
