Overview

The Digital Transformation Strategist is a technical thought leader responsible for driving the adoption of Microsoft technologies in our customers' digital transformation journeys. As a core part of the sales team, this role is responsible for facilitating interactions between clients and Microsoft, fostering new opportunities, inspiring customers, and driving demand generation and market share growth.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a technical strategy to drive digital transformation and AI adoption in our customers' organizations.
  • Collaborate with account executives to set the strategy and drive outcomes for our customers.
  • Provide technical thought leadership and guidance to internal teams and customers on Microsoft technologies and solutions.
  • Lead the adoption of technologies by plotting the long-term vision of the customer's business strategy and driving action to bring it to fruition.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technical decision makers and business leaders.
Requirements
  • Experience working with customers to drive digital transformation and AI adoption in a technical consulting or technical sales role.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies and solutions, including cloud platforms, applications, security, and productivity tools.
  • Ability to develop and execute a technical strategy and drive outcomes for our customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams and customers.
