Our Melbourne-based mRNA vaccine manufacturing facility in Australia is equipped with cutting-edge medical technology, emphasizing job creation and local talent development.

As a Manufacturing Associate in the Drug Substance division at our Resilience Site in Australia, you will play a crucial role in producing mRNA vaccines. This position demands scientific knowledge, operational expertise, and digital proficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Master safe work practices and adhere to our safety procedures within 3 months.
  • Execute operational activities with adherence to cGMP, SOPs, and manufacturing documentation within 6 months.
  • Actively participate in investigations of deviations and contribute to continuous improvement projects within 12 months.

Requirements:

  • Typically, 3-5 years of experience in a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • A College degree with a specialization in Pharmaceutical production technology or equivalent.
  • Experience with filtration and chromatography, and cold chain management a plus.
  • Ability to collaborate with peers and cross-functional support groups required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Demonstrated commitment to values such as teamwork and innovation.
