About the Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic and self-motivated Integrated Supply Chain Planner to join our team. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and effective inventory replenishment across all Woolworths and Aldi DCs, minimizing out-of-stock situations and inventory write-offs.
Key Responsibilities
- Replenish stock in Woolworths DCs nationally, ensuring maximum Inbound and Outbound Service Levels to maximize store availability.
- Accuracy of forecast and alignment with Woolworths forecasting, including Event and Promotions management.
- Proactive management and resolution of service issues on a daily basis.
- Communication between Lactalis and Woolworths stakeholders on all customer service matters.
- Proactive contribution to improvements in all areas of responsibility, including tools and systems.
- Involvement in Customer supply chain projects as required.
Requirements
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
- Understanding of supply planning principles.
- Strong negotiating skills.
- Continuous improvement mindset.
- FMCG/retail experience.
- SAP experience.
- Degree qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or similar field ideal but not essential.
