  • Required Skills and Qualifications:">

    • Proven ability to manage caseloads and administrative tasks efficiently.">
    • Exceptional communication skills—written, oral, and listening.">
    • Current First Aid Certificate (including CPR) or willingness to obtain one.">
    • Experience in delivering evidence-based therapy to diverse populations.">
    • Collaborative spirit and ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.">
    • Understanding of the NDIS framework and fee-for-service model.">
    • Proficiency with customer record systems.">
    • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance.">
