About us

Role Overview

We're looking for individuals who want to help people succeed in their fitness goals. As a Member Support Consultant, you'll play an essential role in building and maintaining a thriving membership base.

  • You'll be responsible for helping thousands of people become faster, fitter, stronger and happier versions of themselves.
  • Your primary goal will be to achieve membership growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
  • Proactively contribute to the club's sales budget utilising promotions and referrals campaigns.
  • Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities.
  • Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members.
  • Create great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions.
  • Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries.
  • Open and close the club as per the roster.
  • Be actively involved in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey.
  • Makes regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience.
About You
  • You should hold current First Aid & CPR certificates.
  • Have the ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals.
  • Solve problems, and overcome obstacles.
  • Have outstanding communication abilities - able to listen, understand, empathise and influence others.
  • Display tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals.
  • Are customer focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes.
