Goodlife Health Clubs offers a unique opportunity for individuals to launch their career in the fitness industry.

The role of a Member Support Consultant is highly varied and has two clear goals: achieving growth through proactive sales activities and retaining existing members through exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will be an expert in all things Goodlife, with the ability to seamlessly switch between sales and lead generation, providing outstanding service on the reception desk, and proactively communicating with current members to enhance their club experience and drive positive member retention.

The responsibilities of this role include:

  • Contributing to club sales budget utilising sales promotions and referrals campaigns
  • Generating and converting high-quality sales leads through community outreach, seeking referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
  • Achieving the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximise sales opportunities
  • Providing sales presentations and tours to prospective members
  • Creating great member journeys via positive and personalised interactions
  • Achieving successful outcomes to enquiries
  • Opening and closing the club as per the club roster
  • Active involvement in member retention programs, inspiring members to continue their fitness journey
  • Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey - recommending club-based products that would boost their results and amplify their experience
