Key Maintenance Electrician Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled maintenance electrician to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual who is passionate about hands-on electrical work, troubleshooting, and supporting exciting new projects.

As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for planning and executing maintenance work, maximising efficiency, and ensuring the smooth operation of equipment. From resolving production breakdowns to installing new machinery, your expertise will be essential to the success of the team.

The ideal candidate will have electrical trade qualifications (or equivalent) with hands-on experience in a heavy industry or manufacturing environment. They should possess excellent problem-solving skills, be able to troubleshoot electrical breakdowns, identify root causes, and provide effective solutions.

A strong commitment to teamwork, safety, and continuous improvement is essential for this role. The successful candidate will also have excellent communication skills and computer aptitude, as well as the ability to juggle competing deadlines and deliver results under pressure.

  • Conduct technical fault finding and troubleshooting of electrical, electronics, instrumentation, and communication equipment
  • Perform machine installs and related tasks as needed
  • Complete repair and preventative maintenance work orders efficiently and professionally
