Real Estate Technology Manager

This role oversees the full suite of Proptech applications, platforms and vendor relationships across a national network of offices.

The successful candidate will lead on systems across sales and property management – ensuring they are robust, integrated and continuously improved to deliver operational efficiency and strategic value.

  • Manage the Proptech ecosystem including contracts, supplier performance and system improvements
  • Maintain and deliver the real estate technology roadmap with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction
  • Partner with internal teams and vendors to develop and implement technology enhancements
  • Provide guidance and training on technology adoption to state managers and franchise partners
  • Develop frameworks to support the integration, reporting and optimisation of Proptech tools
  • Monitor and report on ROI, usage and cost-saving outcomes of technology investments
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Tertiary qualification in IT or Business
  • Proven experience in implementing and maintaining real estate technology solutions across sales, property management, CRM and trust accounting systems
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams
  • Demonstrated ability to manage third-party vendors and implement continuous improvement practices
  • Extensive project and change management experience within IT or technology environments
  • Proficiency with a range of real estate CRMs, integrations and developing technology adoption strategies
