Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an SMS Operations and Compliance Specialist. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the deliverability of SMS messages, monitoring compliance issues, and providing technical support to customers.

The ideal candidate will have experience in operations roles at tech companies with technical products, excellent communication skills, and expertise in Excel. They will also be able to work independently and collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.

As an SMS Operations and Compliance Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the success of our customers by ensuring that their messages are delivered effectively and efficiently.
