Job Opportunity
">We are seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join our team in the South Brisbane region. As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in guiding clients towards job-readiness and enabling opportunities for employment once they are ready for work.
">About the Role
">The primary responsibility of the Job Coach is to provide one-on-one support to clients, empowering them to build skills and job-readiness, and supporting them through interviews and into employment.
">You will be working with a vibrant, collaborative and goals-focused team of employment services professionals from diverse backgrounds, who are all seeking to have an impact in the diversity and inclusion space.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Encouraging and motivating participants through appropriate activities to find their own employment;
- Building relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients;
- Reverse marketing clients to employers;
- Placing participants into sustainable employment leading to outcomes;
- Ensuring all activity is appropriately recorded, documented and adheres to compliance and/or contractual requirements; and
- Ensuring clients, employers and those we work with, receive exceptional service at every stage of the process.
Requirements
">- Experience in customer service or a client-facing role, minimum one year's experience;
- Ideally, demonstrated experience of working with people overcoming challenges;
- Happy and confident liaising with multiple external and internal stakeholders;
- Confident working to KPIs and making placements that result in sustainable and lasting employment for clients/employers;
- An overall desire to be part of a broader family, with a true belief in the purpose: to connect people and business, so both can thrive; and
- Hold a current Driver's License and have own transport.
