We are seeking a highly skilled Business Data Insights Professional to join our Data & Analytics team.
About the Role- This key position will play a pivotal part in delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions across multiple units.
- You will develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, incorporating advanced data modeling and DAX techniques.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored analytics solutions.
- Evaluate data governance, quality, and integrity across large datasets and multiple business units.
- Benchmark and optimize data models, troubleshoot performance issues, and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Contribute to data quality improvements and innovation within the organization.
- Support adoption of BI solutions by providing guidance and technical assistance to end-users.
- A commercially astute data professional with 3+ years' experience in a similar role.
- Strong technical skills: Power BI, DAX, Power Query, and SQL.
- Experience working with Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, and ETL/ELT processes.
- Familiarity with data modeling tools and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Data Analysis, Information Systems, or related field.
