Support Worker Job Description

We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team in providing high quality in-home support services to valued customers. The ideal candidate will have good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication, ability to build rapport and good working relationships.

This role involves providing personal care, social support, domestic assistance, and supporting customers with complex needs. You will be responsible for monitoring the well-being of customers and reporting on their progress.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to delivering excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Good interpersonal skills and written/verbal communication
  • Ability to build rapport and good working relationships
  • Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home & Community Care, Individual Support or Disability Services
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance / Criminal Record Check
