Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating recruitment processes while adhering to talent acquisition requirements
  • Liaising with department leaders to conduct training and HR-related initiatives
  • Collaborating with the onboarding process of new team members and preparing employment contracts

In addition, this role requires:

  • Maintaining accurate employee records and files
  • Assisting with payroll duties
  • Organizing TakeCare events and activities to promote associate well-being

To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:

  • Relevant experience at a Coordinator or Executive/Officer level
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
  • Confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions
