About Us:

We are a dynamic supply chain partner, supporting our stores across the country with customers' favourite food, drink, and everyday needs items. As part of our transformation, we are launching My Platform, a new digital platform to support our growing business.

Our Solutions team is responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of digital enablement from discovery through to implementation. We strive to optimise and evolve our customers & partners digital experience to realise market opportunities. Working hand-in-glove with Architecture and Data Teams, we aim to create an agile way of working that delights our customers & partners every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and deliver the team strategy in line with business needs.
  • Provide leadership across PCX through a strong focus on strategy and delivery of products to customers and within the business.
  • Develop a focused strategy linked to solutions that are tailored to specific customer needs.
  • Ensure excellence in customer experience by embedding as a strategic driver and culture.

Strategic Technology Focus

  • Responsible for defining the Customer Technology strategy and timelined capabilities;
  • Responsible for technology service strategy & service transformation to create an industry leading customer experience;
  • Advocate for a business and customer lens on Connect Smart Technology, driving towards a simple user experience;

Customer Focus

  • Manage relationships with customers during technology driven growth and strategic change;
  • Explain technical concepts and solutions to non-technical users by acting as a business translator between customers, technology teams and internal teams;
