Job Description:

As a seasoned Contracts Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing activities related to the diverse digital and technology needs of our client. This is a 2-year contract requirement located at their state-of-the-art CBD office.

  • Lead end-to-end sourcing activities for digital and technology-related pillars, including Reserves & Subsurface, Technology and Innovation, Telecommunications, IT, Cyber, Digital/AI, Enterprise Systems, and capital project technology requirements.
  • Engage with corporate stakeholders to understand their business needs and provide expert advice on contract strategies, sourcing options, and ways to achieve lowest total cost of ownership.
  • Negotiate contract terms and conditions through to successful contract award.
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to support the ongoing development of the Technical Services category.
  • Be flexible and assist across portfolios as needed.
  • Conduct sourcing activities with professionalism and ethics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

You must have a university degree in Business, Finance, or other relevant disciplines, along with extensive experience in contracting and sourcing. You should also possess strong communications skills, be able to interact and influence at all levels within the organization, and have pre-award experience and ability to manage the end-to-end tender process.
