About the Role

This is a permanent full-time position based in Perth, reporting to the Digital Solutions APAC Market Director.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and growing Woolpert's Digital Solutions Discipline throughout key accounts in Western Australia, including Mining and Resources, Government, Infrastructure, Energy, and Renewables.

  • Manage existing sales and accounts within WA
  • Contribute to Woolpert's overall business plan for Asia Pacific
  • Identify leads and drive sales to support growth
  • Apply technical knowledge and account management skills to achieve sales targets and client objectives
  • Develop new business opportunities based on existing contacts and accounts
About You

You will be a professional with a strong background in the GIS/geospatial industry, preferably with a GISP-AP certification.

Previous experience in areas such as GIS, Esri, Geocortex/VertiGIS, Hosted and Managed Software, Remote Sensing, or GIS Analysis is highly desirable.

A sound knowledge of at least two vertical markets in Australia, such as Energy, Government, Renewables, Environmental Management, Architectural/Design Development, Town Planning, Utilities, Heritage, Resources, Infrastructure, and Engineering, is also required.

Requirements

Tertiary qualifications or equivalent in surveying, spatial sciences, geomatics, architecture, engineering, GIS, or computing sciences are necessary.

Postgraduate Business and/or Project Management qualifications are highly regarded.

The ideal candidate should have 5+ years of technical or business experience in the GIS/geospatial industry, with exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

Involvement or desire to participate in relevant committees and forums in the Australian Geospatial Industry is also desired.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.

As a key member of the Woolpert Asia Pacific Sales and Business Development Team, you will have opportunities for career development and growth.

We provide options to become a shareholder through the Woolpert Principal Program and offer a hybrid home/office working environment.

Domestic travel opportunities are also available.
