Logistics Coordinator

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day supply chain operations, including purchasing, inventory management, and delivery logistics.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless operations from purchase orders received to delivery taking place.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Manage purchasing and inventory levels across multiple channels and locations to ensure optimal stock accuracy and minimal waste.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, 3PL partners, and other stakeholders to coordinate production, replenishment, and dispatch.
  • Delivery Management: Track and manage delivery timelines, troubleshoot delays, and maintain communication with stakeholders.
  • Process Improvement: Continuously monitor and improve operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in logistics, supply chain management, or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience managing inventory and coordinating with suppliers/manufacturers.
  • Strong skills in Shopify, Excel, and inventory management systems (Unleashed preferable, Cin7 or NetSuite, etc.).
  • Calm and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Clear and confident communication skills.
