Site Supervisor

We are a global technology company with a broad portfolio of systems, products, services and digital applications.

As a Site Supervisor (Laser Tracker), you will be responsible for performing high-precision measurements on turbine-generator components and related equipment.

Your tasks will include:

  • Actively participate in the planning process to identify potential risks and ensure a smooth installation sequence.
  • Prepare measurement and inspection reports.
  • Coordinate inspections with the site management team members.
  • Program the laser tracker to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
  • Conduct measurements according to the Inspection & Test Plans.
  • Collect and analyze data obtained during measurements.
  • Identify deviations and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

You will work closely with the site management team to oversee the installation of hydro-turbines and related equipment at the site.

The ideal candidate should have a Diploma in Engineering Technology or equivalent industry experience, as well as previous experience operating laser tracker equipment in the construction industry or similar industries.

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering accurate and precise measurements.
  • Collaborative team player with a customer- and people-oriented approach, accountable, and solution-driven.
  • Proactive mindset in anticipating challenges and delivering strategic problem-solving solutions.
  • Proficiency in using measurement software and associated data analysis tools.
  • Fully computer literate with proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English in an international team environment.
