Our Team is seeking a part-time Credit Officer to join our expanding Finance department.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a diverse and innovative organization, working in a fast-paced environment and reporting to the Financial Controller.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire debt portfolio, driving collection activities with a continuous improvement mindset, and strategically monitoring and managing trends in customer accounts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the entire debt portfolio
  • Driving collection activities with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Strategically monitoring and managing trends in customer accounts
  • Communicating directly with debtors
  • Allocating daily debtor payments against ledger

To be successful in this role, you will require:

2-3 years of debt collection experience, preferably in a similar industry. Experience with cash receipting and allocation is also desirable.
