Financial Planning and Analysis Lead

Drive business growth by leveraging advanced financial planning and analysis skills.

  • Lead strategic budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes to optimize profitability.
  • Oversight of automated digital reporting solutions ensures timely, accurate, and actionable dashboards.
  • Act as a trusted Finance Business Partner to key stakeholders, providing commercial insights and financial guidance.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and excellence.
  • Develop deep insights into key products, market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities to advise on financial strategies.
  • Champion process improvements to simplify reporting, enhance efficiency, and drive strategic innovation across the organization.

We are seeking an experienced FP&A professional with at least 10 years' experience in complex organizations. A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Commerce and CA/CPA qualifications are required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential for influencing various stakeholders.

About This Role:

This pivotal role is responsible for leading the finance function, providing strategic financial analysis, and ensuring effective utilization of financial resources to maximize profitability.
