Job Title: Strategic Financial Planner

We are seeking an experienced financial leader to drive business performance through effective budgeting and forecasting.

  • Owning end-to-end budgeting processes to inform strategic decisions
  • Driving smarter resource allocation by identifying high-impact initiatives
  • Partnering with stakeholders to embed financial discipline and support key projects
  • Delivering actionable insights through clear and concise reporting

The ideal candidate will have 5–7+ years of experience in finance, strategy, or accounting roles, with at least 2–3 years in a high-growth business. They will also possess strong analytical skills and the ability to guide decision-making through data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and maintain comprehensive budgets that align with business objectives
  • Resource Allocation: Identify and prioritize high-return initiatives to drive business growth
  • Financial Discipline: Collaborate with stakeholders to implement financial controls and improve overall efficiency
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide timely and accurate financial reports to support informed decision-making

Requirements:

  • Experience: 5–7+ years in finance, strategy, or accounting roles
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations and financial management principles
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills
