Job Title: Family Experience Partner

Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships with families and services across QLD, NSW, and VIC?

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Family Experience Partner. This role is all about creating strong connections with families and supporting them through the full enrolment experience.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting families and services through system support and funding compliance
  • Managing service tours and helping families feel welcome
  • Developing meaningful relationships with Service Managers and understanding the unique needs of the communities supported

Required Skills and Qualifications:

As a successful Family Experience Partner, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to manage multiple priorities, and have a passion for building strong relationships.
