Cocktail Bar Opportunity

Panthers North Richmond is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join their fast-paced cocktail bar. As a creative and natural performer, you will thrive in making an extraordinary variety of beverages for our members and guests.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to our members and guests;
  • Consistently deliver high-quality cocktail service;
  • Ensure effective replenishment of products;
  • Prepare basic food items, including garnishing drinks and plating food;
  • Offer barista service;
  • Handle cash duties;
  • Maintain floor cleanliness, including table clearing, glass, and plate collection;

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service position within the hospitality industry;
  • A proven track record of providing exceptional customer service;
  • Ability to provide accurate service in a timely manner to members and guests;
  • RSA and RCG certificates;
  • A passion for crafting exceptional cocktails;
  • Possess strong attention to detail;
  • High standard of personal grooming;
  • Previous cocktail experience will be highly regarded.

We are seeking a team player with a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service, and the ability to work autonomously. Flexibility and reliability are essential, as you will need to be available to work Friday and Saturday nights, as well as public holidays as required.
