Cocktail Artisan

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic customer service professional to join our fast-paced and friendly cocktail bar at Panthers North Richmond.

This amazing opportunity is ideal for an energetic and passionate individual who can provide a unique show experience while making an extraordinary variety of beverages for our members and guests.

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• 
  
• At least 2 years' experience in a customer service position in the hospitality industry;
  
• A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
  
• Ability to provide accurate service in a timely manner to members and guests;
  
• RSA & RCG certificates;
  
• A passion for making fantastic cocktails;
  
• Possess strong attention to detail;
  
• High standard of personal grooming and;
  
• Previous cocktail experience will be highly regarded.
  

You will demonstrate a strong work ethic, a commitment to customer service and the ability to work in a team as well as autonomously.

As a valuable member of our team, you will be required to work Friday and Saturday nights as well as public holidays as required.

Enjoying various tasks, your main duties will include:

• 
  
• Providing excellent customer service to our members and guests;
  
• Consistent high-quality cocktail service;
  
• Beverage service including ensuring effective replenishment of products;
  
• Basic food preparation (garnishing drinks, plating food etc.);
  
• Barista service;
  
• Cash handling duties and;
  
• Maintaining floor cleanliness including table clearing, glass and plate collection.
  

The successful candidate for this role will possess the following:

• 
  
• At least 2 years' experience in a customer service position in the hospitality industry;
  
• A proven track record for providing exceptional customer service;
  
• Ability to provide accurate service in a timely manner to members and guests;

Reliability and flexibility are also essential for this role as you will need to be available to work Friday and Saturday nights as well as public holidays as required.
