Panthers North Richmond is a fast-paced and friendly cocktail bar seeking an enthusiastic customer service professional to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Mixology Expert to provide exceptional customer service, manage beverage services, and maintain high standards of quality in our cocktail bar. This role requires at least 2 years' experience in the hospitality industry, a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service, and strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide accurate and timely service to members and guests;
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations;
  • Prepare and present cocktails with flair and precision;
  • Handle cash transactions efficiently and accurately;
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and enhance customer experience;
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in mixology and customer service.
Requirements
  • At least 2 years' experience in a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry;
  • A proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods;
  • RSA & RCG certificates (or willingness to obtain);
  • Passion for mixology and creating memorable experiences;
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Benefits
