We are looking for a driven professional to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist.
About the OpportunityThis role involves working closely with customers who use our software solutions, providing them with timely and effective support.
Key Responsibilities- Identify trends in customer data to determine which customers need additional support.
- Offer technical assistance to users with active licenses.
- Maintain accurate records of all support issues in our database.
- Evaluate complex problems and escalate them to other departments as needed.
- Sometimes assist with training course delivery to clients.
- Ensure that enhancement requests and development issues are communicated effectively to the product development team.
You will have a proven background in earth sciences and be keen to transition into the software industry.
Requirements- Tertiary qualification in earth sciences or engineering is highly valued.
- Experience in exploration or mining environments would be beneficial.
- Strong technical skills in geology and familiarity with mining software are essential.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
