Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and qualified Casual Early Childhood Educators to join our dynamic casual educator pool. As an Early Childhood Educator with Tradewind Australia, you will have the opportunity to engage with children in meaningful play-based learning activities and contribute to the development of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework.

You will foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of all children in your care. You will also maintain accurate records of children's development and learning experiences.

Required Skills & Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A fully completed Diploma in ECE (or ACECQA equivalent)
  • A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC)
  • Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain)
  • A current Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • Previous experience working in a childcare setting
